About That Pencil Girl

Does it matter what I look like,

Does it matter I’m still young,

Does it matter I’m an engineer,

yet a little technologically dumb,

Does it matter I was born

with rose tinted eyes,

With my pen, an escape

into worlds beyond wise,

Does it matter I’m trained

to handle disasters,

yet perfectly incapable

of navigating my life,

Does it matter I am no one

yet all of you together,

Its a matter

of perception,

Do you think

I’m right?
